On a facebook relationship i have noticed that people can now change their relationship staus to something like, my bestfriend, or my one and only love in stead of married to or something like that, and when i look at the edit relationship part of facebook i dont know how to type something like that in my realationship.

It’s not a relationship option.
What they did was you know how you can add brothers and sisters on fb?
They created a new group and called it that.
You need to go where you can add someone as a brother/sister/family member
and you will see an option to create your own group.
From there, you can add whom ever you want.

When you log in on facebook go to profile, then under your name click on “Edit profile”, on left side find “Friends and Family”, when you click there you can change your relationship status or add family members.

You can change relationship status to following:
Single
In a relationship
Engaged
Married
It’s complicated
In an open relationship
Widowed
Separated
Divorced

And you can add people to be your family by clicking Profile>Edit Profile>Friends and Family
You change your relationship status there, and add people to family.
